Complete the DS-160 Form: Fill out the online nonimmigrant visa application form (DS-160) on the official U.S. government website.
Pay the Visa Fee: Pay the required visa application fee (typically $185 for nonimmigrant visas).
Schedule an Interview: Schedule an appointment for a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
Prepare Documents: Gather necessary documents, including a valid passport, DS-160 confirmation page, appointment confirmation page, visa application fee receipt, and photo.
Attend the Interview: Attend the visa interview at the designated U.S. Embassy or Consulate.
Wait for Processing: After the interview, your application will be processed, and you will be informed of the decision.

Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in the United States.
DS-160 Confirmation Page: Print the confirmation page after completing the DS-160 form.
Appointment Confirmation Page: Print the appointment confirmation page after scheduling your interview.
Visa Application Fee Receipt: Proof of payment for the visa application fee.
Photo: A recent passport-size photo.
