1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. 1.2. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking. 1.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. 2.2. Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1. Changes to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability. 3.2. Any changes made less than 15 days before the tour date may incur additional charges.

4. Liability

4.1. Dream Land Tourism FZ-LLC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour. 4.2. We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents

5.1. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain and carry all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports. 5.2. Dream Land Tourism FZ-LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

6. Conduct

6.1. Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner during the tour. 6.2. Dream Land Tourism FZ-LLC reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or dangerous.

7. Privacy

7.1. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. 7.2. Our full privacy policy can be found on our website.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
